MHA issues advisory against fake e-mails circulating in name of FCRA officials

The FCRA Division of India’s Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a public advisory against fraudulent emails and documents impersonating its officials. These scams demand payments from NGOs for FCRA services. The ministry emphasised that all legitimate FCRA services and payments should be processed exclusively through the official online FCRA portal.
