Jay Shah's endeavours as BCCI secretary made it a pioneer for others to follow: Sachin Tendulkar
Jay Shah, the outgoing BCCI secretary, is set to become the youngest ICC chairman at 35. His tenure was marked by equal focus on men's and women's cricket, positioning the BCCI as an exemplary body. Shah will leave BCCI after a five-year stint, which began in October 2019, to take over as the independent chairman of the International Cricket Council from December 1. Sachin Tendulkar and other cricket luminaries have extended their best wishes to him.
