Bengal Bandh: Calcutta High Court rejects PIL against BJP's 12-hour bandh

Chief Justice TS Sivagnanam and Justice H Bhattacharyya ruled that the PIL was inadmissible because the petitioner, Sanjoy Das, had previously been prohibited from filing any PILs in a prior case.
