Ex-convict faces death penalty for trafficking marijuana

KANGAR: A former convict could face the death penalty or life imprisonment with caning after being charged at the Magistrate’s Court for trafficking 2.85 kilogrammes of marijuana in Padang Besar on Aug 18.
