Video shows students pleading with bus driver to keep windows open amid extreme heat

Attorney Harry Daniels, who represents the mother of two children on the bus and provided video to NBC News, alleges that a driver with the Sealy Independent School District intentionally drove slowly and forced students to put their windows up as punishment when temperatures were soaring above 100 degrees.
