Police investigate car larcenies in Saratoga Springs
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Saratoga Springs Police are looking into several larcenies from cars near Ingersoll Road, Old Schuylerville Road, Ruggles Road, and Loudon Road. Police said some suspects went into the victim's garages overnight.
According to police, there have been recent reports of larcenies from vehicles on Crescent Street and Grand Avenue. Police are asking the public to assist in the investigation by sharing any security footage from their homes from Tuesday between midnight and 5 a.m.
Police are still locating and taking reports from victims about the thefts and collecting evidence. Additionally, police are canvassing the neighborhoods for surveillance footage from nearby homes.
Police said they plan to release videos and photos of the suspects when they have gathered enough. In the meantime, residents are encouraged to ensure their cars and garages are locked overnight.
