Adidas’s case against Isabel Marant, Sandro dismissed by Paris Supreme Court

The case brought by Adidas against the two French labels accused of copying its famous stripes has resulted in a defeat for the German brand, as the French Supreme Court ruled in favour of Isabel Marant and Sandro.
