Double bankrupt Katie Price fuels engagement rumours with close up pic of MASSIVE diamond ring after day in court
KATIE Price tried to distract fans from her court drama today by flashing a huge diamond ring on her engagement finger.
The bankrupt star was forced to attend by a judge who issued a warrant for her arrest after she repeatedly swerved court.
The former glamour model was due to face questions from barristers in a specialist bankruptcy court on Tuesday in a hearing known as a public examination.
Her ex-husband, Alex Reid, also turned up to to sit in the public gallery.
But the hearing was adjourned so she can attend a “private interview” over her finances later this year.
A judge granted her request to adjourn and Katie, who wore an all-black outfit and big sunglasses, will be grilled over her money woes on September 24 instead.
Katie flashed her diamond ring outside the court and also posted a photo of it to social media.
She penned: “Shine bright like a diamond.”
She posted another photo with boyfriend John Joe Slater and wrote over the top: “Happy Days”.
Katie was first declared bankrupt in 2019.
In February this year was ordered to pay 40% of her monthly income from the adult entertainment website OnlyFans until February 2027 to help pay off her debts.
She was then declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill worth more than £750,000.
The star was arrested at Heathrow Airport earlier this month after an arrest warrant was issued in July for failing to attend a previous court date.
She was warned by a judge on August 9 to attend Tuesday’s hearing with “no ifs, no buts”, or face arrest again.
Katie will face another public hearing next year after a December date was ruled out due to Katie starring in a pantomime.
It comes as Katie was seen showing of her latest £10,000 face lift yesterday while undergoing a glam makeover.
The reality star was joined by her MAFS star boyfriend JJ Slater, 31, as they climbed into her pink Range Rover.
