Poland in ‘state of hybrid war’: Deputy defense chief

TEHRAN, Aug. 27 (MNA) – Poland has slipped into a “hybrid war” state amid soaring tensions with Russia and its key ally Belarus, Polish Deputy Defense Minister Cezary Tomczyk has claimed.
