National Infrastructure Trust submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus to SEBI to raise capital through an IPO. Sponsored by Gawar Construction, it includes a Rs 1,200 crore fresh issue and a Rs 400 crore offer for sale. The raised funds are designated for debt repayment and loan facilities for project SPVs.
