Renovations complete on 2 residence halls at UAlbany
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The University at Albany and the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York celebrated the completion of a nearly $47 million residence hall project. Paine and Zenger residence halls on Colonial Quad underwent a major renovation.
There's now living spaces for 173 students with new windows, air conditioning, lighting and energy improvements. The students also got a new recreation and health center, which has been nicknamed "The Well."
