The next season of Pokémon Go is Max Out, beginning Sept. 3 and running until Dec. 3. The new season has been teased repeatedly, with developer Niantic tight-lipped about the details, but it appears to be linked to both Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokémon.

All we have seen so far are some Jurassic Park-themed water cup vibrations and the feet of a few familiar titans of the Pokémon world. But they aren’t the only stars of the show in this trailer. three familiar friends, and their rather tiny feet, also make an appearance.

So it looks like Gen 8 starters Scorbunny, Grookey, and Sobble will finally join the mobile game. Most fans on social media echoed the sentiment, with multiple “FINALLY!” replies.

That’s not all to look forward to in September as the most recent Community Day and the two featured Pokémon have ben announced.
