Growing threat of mosquito-borne diseases

Part of Massachusetts was on high alert after the first case of mosquito-borne eastern equine encephalitis was reported. There has also been an uptick of West Nile virus, with Dr. Anthony Fauci among those infected. NBC News' Rehema Ellis reports.
