Former MLB Star Greg Swindell's Daughter Goes Missing & He Is Asking for Help
Greg Swindell and his wife Sarah are asking for help finding their missing daughter.
The 59-year-old former MLB pitcher shared an update on Facebook on Sunday (August 25) that began with “PLEASE HELP.”
Their daughter Brenna, a mother of three, “has not been seen or heard from in the Austin area since late Thursday afternoon,” and her phone has been turned off.
“She has not been in contact with family, friends, and mostly importantly her children,” the update reads.

The post included a photo of Brenna and her ex-boyfriend, who her father described as “violent,” as well as a photo of her white KIA Carnival, which has also gone missing.
“Her ex-boyfriend in the photo has a warrant and is violent so PLEASE if you have seen or heard from either one of them, let us know. She drives a white Kia Carnival which has not been located yet. We are in the process of filing a missing persons report so that will be with Austin Police soon.”
The couple said that Brenna’s ex is facing legal trouble “from when he assaulted her last month.”
They don’t know if Brenna “went with him willingly, was talking into running away with him, or what,” but believe she “would never abandon her 3 children or just take off without explanation…we feel she is in danger.”
Sarah then updated the status with new information and said Greg was working with police in Austin, and were able to confirm that Brenna and her boyfriend “were seen together Thursday night” and that both of their phones have been turned off.
Brenna‘s ex-boyfriend’s father is also now helping and “working together to keep each other in the loop.”
“She is 5’5″ and probably 120 or so pounds. She has brown shoulder-length hair she likes to wear in a high ponytail. She has a sleeve tattoo with flowers on one arm and a spider web on the other shoulder. She tends to always have a vape with her as well.”
