Residential prices in top seven cities of India jump by 90% in five years

In the past five years, residential prices in India's major cities rose by 45%. Bengaluru’s Bagaluru, Hyderabad’s Kokapet, and NCR's Dwarka Expressway experienced high price increases. Hyderabad saw a city-level surge of 64%. Increased demand and new supply contributed to these changes.
