Falling rocks hit morning train on Kapiti line

Wellington.Scoop A train travelling from Waikanae to Wellington in heavy rain was hit by falling rocks this morning. RNZ reports that passengers said they could hear rocks hitting the train, which was travelling from Paekakariki to Pukerua Bay. There were no injuries. The train has now returned to Paekakariki.
