Suspect in knife attack in Germany turns himself in to police

The suspect in stabbings that killed three people in Solingen, Germany, has surrendered to police. Authorities are investigating the motives of the assaillant, a 26-year-old Syrian man. The Islamic State group on Saturday had claimed responsibility for the attack.
