Telegram chief Pavel Durov to appear in court after French arrest

The chief executive of the messaging app Telegram Pavel Durov was detained in Paris Sunday after arriving from Dubai by private jet. He is to appear in a French court on Sunday as part of an investigation into Telegram's lack of content moderators.
