Nestle to keep Health Science unit after CEO ouster, chairman tells paper

Nestle has announced it will keep its Health Science unit, despite recent leadership changes. Chairman Paul Bulcke stated the unit remains promising for societal benefits. This follows the replacement of CEO Mark Schneider with Laurent Freixe. Analysts had expected the health business might be sold, but Bulcke confirmed it would be retained.
