Man turns himself in to German police, claiming to be Solingen knife attacker

Police in Germany said early on Sunday that a 26-year-old man has turned himself in, claiming to be behind the deadly knife attack in Solingen in which three people were killed and eight others injured at a festival marking the city’s 650th anniversary.
