Israel Says Striking Lebanon To Prevent 'Large-scale' Hezbollah Attack

The Israeli military announced early Sunday that it was conducting pre-emptive strikes in Lebanon after detecting preparations for "large-scale" attacks by the Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah.
