Brighton are in action in the lunchtime kick off against Manchester Utd and SkySports are reporting that O’Riley is travelling down to the south coast today to undergo his medical ahead of the move.

O’Riley is expected to put pen to paper on a FIVE-year deal when the loose ends are finally tied up.

Brighton are splashing the cash – having added Turkish left back Ferdi Kadioglu days after they brought in Georginho Rutter for £40m from Leeds and forked out £30million for winger Yankuba Minteh from Newcastle United.

Brighton field Billy Gilmour in their squad against the FA Cup winners, even though it’s widely expected that he will move to Italian outfit Napoli as soon as Brighton complete a deal for O’Riley.
