Chelsea Not To Blame For Ipswich Struggling To Do Armando Broja Deal
An issue that Ipswich Town are having completing the deal with Armando Broja is not related to Chelsea, according to the Guardian.
Ipswich are working to bring in the striker to Portman Road on a loan deal with an obligation to buy if they avoid relegation down to the Championship.
An agreement is in place with Chelsea and the Tractor Boys have been looking to complete the move.
It is now in danger of collapsing though due to a paperwork issue which has arisen in the final stage of the deal.
The issue in question though is nothing to do with Chelsea.
It is between Broja and Ipswich and has put a final agreement between the two parties in danger of not being reached.
Broja had looked set for Portman Road, but that outcome is now uncertain.
Chelsea want to offload the striker before the transfer window closes and other clubs are likely to be keeping a close eye on the situation.
