Govt made its favourite petitioner approach HC to derail MVA bandh: Raut

Sanjay Raut of Shiv Sena (UBT) accused the Maharashtra government of employing a favoured petitioner to stop a bandh organized by Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) against a sexual assault in Badlapur. The court restrained the bandh, leading Raut to question democracy. Despite this, the MVA plans peaceful demonstrations statewide.
