Pursuing neutralizing sanctions basis of Iran foreign policy

TEHRAN, Aug. 24 (MNA) – Abbas Araghchi, the new Foreign Minister of Iran, says that using all existing capacities to neutralize sanctions is the basis of Iran's foreign policy.
