Guyana Goldstrike cancels deal to acquire Jupiter copper project

Vancouver-based Guyana Goldstrike will not be proceeding with the acquisition of the Jupiter copper project, in Antofagasta, Chile, and will no longer change its name.

Guyana in July struck an agreement to acquire the project from private company Jupiter Electric Metals. At the same time, it would have changed its name to Copper X Mining and focus its resources on the development of the project.
