The Baba Yara Sports Stadium pitch is undergoing urgent maintenance ahead of Ghana 39;s opener of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Angola. The edifice, which remains the only stadium to host CAF and FIFA sanctioned games was left in a bad state after a five-day crusade was held on the pitch.
