Arbitrage Funds net flows of over Rs 1 lakh crore in a year

Arbitrage funds are gaining popularity over liquid and overnight funds due to their tax efficiency, zero credit risk, and higher returns. With investments of ₹1.08 lakh crore in the past year, their assets under management have doubled. Fund managers warn that returns might slightly dip due to market volatility and increasing investments.
