CNN's DNC coverage cuts out as Whitmer jabs Trump: 'His first word was probably chauffeur'

CNN's broadcast briefly cut out on day four of the Democratic National Convention as Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer slammed former President Donald Trump on his relatability.

The feed appeared to cut out — leaving millions in the dark — as Whitmer blasted Trump.

"Donald Trump doesn't know you — at all," said Whitmer. "You think he understands that when your car breaks down, you can't get to work? No! His first word was probably chauffeur."

After the audience laughed, she continued: "You think he's ever had to take items out of the cart before checking out? Hell you think he's ever been to a grocery store? That's what the chauffeur is for!"

As the audience continued to laugh, the feed cut. It appeared to return within minutes after Whtimer finished.
