Argyle woman arrested on felony drug charges
ARGYLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Washington County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) announced the arrest of an Argyle woman following a drug investigation. Kaylee Riccio, 24, is facing several charges.
Riccio is accused of felony-level drug possession as a result of an investigation stemming from a traffic stop on State Route 197 in Argyle. She was taken into custody by deputies on August 15 and was charged with the following crimes:
- Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia
Riccio was arraigned at Washington County Centralized Arraignment before being released. She is scheduled to appear at the Argyle Town Court at a later date.
