'Tick tock, James': Democratic lawmaker calls Comer's bluff on Joe Biden impeachment

A Democratic lawmaker is calling the GOP's bluff in the House after the conservatives on the Oversight and Reform Committee released a report on President Joe Biden alleging "impeachable offenses."

Rep. James "Comer (R-KY) has finally finished his book report. He's worked really hard on it. He gets a little green star in his star chart," Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) told the Daily Mail while at the Democratic National Convention.

"There's been no evidence on Joe Biden. Joe Biden didn't commit anything wrong. But if they're so insistent, right?" he continued. "Well, then call for the vote. I called for it. He refused to second it. What are we waiting for? Tick-tock, James."

Moskowitz has been trolling Comer for over a year as the Republican desperately searches for something on which to impeach the president. They have sorted through the president's and his family's personal finances.

Among the findings was a loan Biden gave to his son Hunter to make a downpayment on a truck. Republicans tried to claim that the money was from a foreign entity.

Another financial scandal was Biden's loan to his brother, James Biden, which was also paid back.

Comer claimed that because James Biden worked with foreign entities and paid the loan back, other countries were somehow also funding Joe Biden.

Republicans haven't been able to find the $1.5 billion that Donald Trump said Biden took from China.

Comer's long-time efforts to bring down Biden have been for nothing as the elder statesman stepped down from the Democratic ticket. Moskowitz thinks that the GOP is scrambling to try and investigate Harris or Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) before the election.

"They wanted to close this so they can now open up more fake votes. Investigations now into Tim Walz, someone that they weren't even talking about until he became vice president," said Moskowitz.
