TACO signs MoU to provide surveillance centre and dwelling units for frontline workers in Kaziranga National Park

The Anil Agarwal Foundation's Animal Care Organization has signed an MoU with Kaziranga National Park to bolster wildlife conservation. The partnership, under TACO's 'Mission Vanraksha,' includes a Rs 6 crore grant over three years to build a surveillance center and dwellings for frontline workers. The initiative aims to strengthen protection efforts for endangered species like Greater One-Horned Rhinos and Bengal Tigers. The agreement was endorsed by Assam's Minister of Environment & Forest, Chandra Mohan Patowary, and highlights the state's commitment to protecting its natural heritage.
