Ghaziabad Circle Rate Hike: Property prices likely to increase next month. Here're the proposed new rates

The stamp and registration department in Ghaziabad has received only 20 objections to the proposed 15%-20% increase in circle rates for properties. With a few days left to file feedback, the new rates may come into effect by September 15. A public hearing to address concerns is scheduled for August 28.
