New Delhi: After ruling the football field for nearly two decades, Cristiano Ronaldo has embarked on a new journey in the role of a content creator with his YouTube channel Ur Cristiano’. The channel got hit in no time as Ur Cristiano crossed a million subscribers in just two hours, thus shattering a world record of reaching the subscriber milestone in the fastest time in the platform’s history. The subscriber count crossed 10 million in just 24 hours, which is another world record.

In his opening video on his YouTube channel, Ronaldo posted a teaser before posting another fun quiz game with his Georgina Rodriguez.

“The wait is over. My @YouTube channel is finally here! SIUUUbscribe and join me on this new journey,” Ronaldo had posted on his social media accounts. For the record, Ronaldo is one of the most-followed athletes in social media and has 112.5M followers on the X (formerly Twitter), 170M on Facebook and 636M on Instagram.

Joining Al Nassr in 2023, Ronaldo already has scored 65 goals in 71 matches. In 2023-24 season, Ronaldo scored 35 goals in Saudi Pro League, surpassing Abderrazak Hamdallah’s record of 34 set in 2019. So far, Ronaldo has 49 goals to his name in Saudi Pro League. He had also won the Saudi Pro League Player of the Month award for February 2023.
