He later posted a message to fans on Instagram, saying: “Thank you for making me at home.”
Gallagher speaking Spanish wasn’t the only surprise at the Metropolitano as thousands of raucous fans packed into the stadium.
The Chelsea graduate was introduced onto the pitch by a MOTORBIKE GANG.
Bikers dressed in leathers and helmets roared their engines on what appeared to be Harley Davidsons to mark Gallagher’s entry into the stadium.
Welcome To The Jungle by Guns N’ Roses blared over the stadium speakers.
Those in attendance appeared to be in on the weirdness, with some supporters spotted wearing SPIDERMAN masks for the occasion.

Gallagher completed his long-awaited £34million move from Chelsea on Wednesday.
He has penned a five-year deal with the La Liga side through to the summer of 2029.
It comes after the deal had looked set to collapse after Chelsea’s move for Atletico star Samu Omorodion fell through.
However, after returning to England, Gallagher jetted back out to Madrid this week to complete the move, with Joao Felix re-joining the Blues in a separate deal.
Gallagher leaves Stamford Bridge after 16 years with the West London club.
He first joined the academy in 2008 before going on to make 95 first team appearances.
Across those matches, he scored ten goals and provided a further ten assists from midfield.
The 24-year-old, who will be joined in Madrid by his stunning girlfriend Aine May Kennedy, could make his debut as early as this weekend after training for the first time, with Atletico hosting Girona on Sunday.
Diego Simeone’s side began their campaign on Monday as they twice came from behind to draw 2-2 with Villarreal.
Meanwhile, Gallagher’s former Chelsea team-mate Raheem Sterling is looking for a new club after being given permission to miss training as he tries to sort his exit from Stamford Bridge.
