Badlapur sexual assault case: Bombay HC calls for complaint against school under POSCO

The Bombay High Court inquired if charges under POCSO are filed against a school after a violent incident in Maharashtra. Forty arrests followed protests and stone-pelting. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde ordered a high-level investigation. A state-wide bandh called by MVA is planned for August 24 in response to the incident.
