Cristiano Ronaldo breaks another ridiculous record after becoming fastest to reach 1m YouTube subscribers in spooky time
CRISTIANO RONALDO has made a career out of smashing records on the pitch and now he’s doing the same thing off it.
The Al-Nassr star has become the fastest YouTuber to reach one million subscribers after the launch of his channel on Wednesday.
Ronaldo, who turns 40 this season, teased his new channel with a minute-long trailer that gave fans a glimpse of what they can expect from the global superstar.
The former Man Utd and Real Madrid bagsman will be offering behind-the-scenes content, as well as videos of him taking on challenges, playing games with his partner Georgina Rodriguez and practicing his trademark celebration.
With all that in store, fans have lost their minds at the idea of seeing more of their icon on social media – leading to his new side hustle smashing the record for the fastest Youtube account to reach one million subscribers.
The channel, which is named Ur Ronaldo, hit the incredible milestone in only 90 MINUTES.
The record-breaking time is rather eerily the exact length of a football match – further cementing Ronaldo’s ability to smash all kinds of records in 90 minutes.
While less than 24 hours after the channel officially launched, Ronaldo had amassed a mind-boggling 14.2M SUBSCRIBERS.
That too smashes another record with the previous record for breaking the 10m subscriber mark taking seven days.
As well as breaking records, Ronaldo has caused a stir with a few of his early uploads to the channel.

His Mr & Mrs Quiz featuring himself and Georgina Rodriguez sparked rumours of the pair tying the knot.
The superstar duo are not known to be married, but Ronaldo referred to the glamorous Spanish model as his “wife” during the video.
While the pair both wore rings on their ring fingers during the clip.
Ronaldo has already uploaded 19 videos to his channel despite launching it less than 24 hours ago.
And the star has promised to give an insight into his family, education and businesses – as well as interviewing “surprising” guests.
He said: “I am very happy to make this project come to life.
“It has been in my mind for a long time but finally we have the opportunity to make it real.
“I have always enjoyed having such a strong relationship with fans on social media and my YouTube channel will give me an even bigger platform to do so and they will learn more about me, my family, and my views on many different subjects.
“I am also looking forward to sharing conversations with guests that will no doubt surprise people!”
