Trump and Vance appear at North Carolina event

Former President Donald Trump appeared at his first outdoor event since the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania. The president spoke from behind bulletproof glass and responded to attacks against him by Barack and Michelle Obama. NBC News' Vaughn Hillyard reports.
