‘I love my new home’ says bankrupt Kate Price as she insists she’s paid for new four-bedroom home herself
KATIE Price has told fans ‘I love my new home’ as she insisted she’s paid for it herself.
Double bankrupt Katie, 46, was evicted from her Mucky Mansion earlier this summer by bailiffs.
Katie told fans she has decorated and paid for the pad all by herself[/caption] She clapped back at a fan on TikTok live who asked her who actually coughed up for the abode[/caption]Shortly beforehand the former glamour model moved into a new four-bed home in Sussex.
Speaking about her new pad, Pricey said: “It’s so refreshing and feels like a fresh new start moving into a new place.
“And I love my new home, I love it. I chose everything in it, I’ve got a navy blue and white kitchen I chose and I’ve got pink elements in it.
“I just love being in my new house, I love it.”
However, Katie clapped back at a fan who quizzed her on who actually purchased the property.
She replied: “I paid for it! No-one pays for me, I don’t care what anyone says out there, anyone who knows me, I’m a workaholic.
“A single mum of five kids, don’t ever knock anyone, just cause I’ve had my ups and downs I’m still here, surviving.”
Katie is battling a £760,000 unpaid tax bill after being declared bankrupt for a second time in March.
The star was detained on her arrival at Heathrow Airport for failing to appear at a bankruptcy hearing that was scheduled for the same day she flew out of the country.
As a result, the judge issued a warrant for her arrest, and Katie faced the courts shortly after her arrival home.
Informing her of the next date on August 27, Judge Schaffer told the mum-of-five she must attend court and provide documents when asked.
Earlier this month Katie’s former house sold for £1.5million after being placed on the market following a major cleanup.
