Gaming, animation, VFX market projected to touch $6.8 billion by 2026: report

The Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, Comics, and Extended Reality (AVGC-XR) sector, currently accounting for 20% of India's M&E industry, is gaining momentum and is expected to continue expanding. The report underscores the sector’s potential as a major employment driver. The sector is expected to create over 160,000 new jobs annually, with a total of 20 lakh new jobs anticipated by 2030.
