'Unhappily sunbathing:' Trump thinks Biden is on a beach seething about George Clooney

Former President Donald Trump painted a strange word picture Wednesday of the political opponent he no longer faces in the upcoming 2024 election, and whom he believes to be tanning while fuming about a movie star.

Trump posted a lengthy rant on Truth Social against President Joe Biden despite the fact that it's Vice President Kamal Harris he must beat on Nov. 5 to reclaim the White House.

"I watched Joe Biden Monday night, and was amazed at his ANGER at being humiliated by the Democrats," Trump wrote. "I was happy to have played a part in his demise in that it all began on the evening of June 27, 2024, THE DEBATE."

The former president struck a uniquely descriptive tone as he railed against Biden, who currently vacationing in California at the Santa Ynez Valley ranch of family friend and political donor Joe Kiani, local reports and his official schedule show.

In his Truth Social post, Trump imagined Biden recovering from a "coup" promoted by "Comrade" Harris by casting his gaze out on the sea and contemplating celebrities.

"[Biden] is now unhappily sunbathing on a Beach in California, watching the waves, and thinking how much he hates Barack Hussein Obama, Crazy Nancy Pelosi, and Lightweight Movie 'Star' George Clooney, who failed to come to Crooked Joe’s defense," Trump wrote.

Clooney earlier this year penned an editorial, which Obama reportedly did not discourage, urging Biden to step down from his reelection campaign.

Pelosi, the former House speaker, was reported to have mounted a call campaign to gather support for her view that Biden would prove unable to defeat Trump in the upcoming election.

Biden heeded their calls and announced exactly one month ago, on July 21, that he would step down. On Monday night, he appeared at the convention to champion Harris as his successor. The crowd chanted "We love Joe."

"The good news is that I believe Joe Biden, the Worst President in the History of the United States, who served with the Worst Vice President in the History of the United States, is now seething," according to Trump.

Biden does not appear to be alone in the wrath Trump would ascribe to him. Earlier Wednesday, Trump published an angry rant directed at New York Gov. Kathy Hochul over her speech at the Democratic National Convention.

"I don’t know why he gave up, I don’t know why he quit," wrote Trump. "He’s an angry man now, and he should be!"
