In a first, two women officers of Indian Coast Guard participate in foreign engagement

The Indian Coast Guard’s offshore patrol vessel Sujay, featuring two women officers, marked its maiden overseas deployment with a port call at Jakarta. The vessel's crew engaged in activities centering on marine pollution response, search and rescue, and maritime law enforcement, in collaboration with Indonesia’s Coast Guard, BAKMALA, during the two-day visit.
