Moscow, Beijing stabilizing factor in forming new world order

TEHRAN, Aug. 21 (MNA) – Moscow and Beijing are a "stabilizing factor" in the formation of a new world order, Russian Prime Minister Maikhail Mishustin said on Wednesday.
