Corinth man accused of sexual assault

GREENFIELD, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested a Corinth man for an alleged sexual assault. David Bodenstab, 64, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual act and first-degree sexual abuse.

Bodenstab is accused of engaging in forcible sexual contact with someone in Greenfield on August 15 just before 2 a.m. He was arraigned in Greenfield Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings.
