Kolkata Police suspends three officers over vandalism at RG Kar hospital

Three officers from the Kolkata Police were suspended after incidents of vandalism at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital on August 15. The suspended officers included two assistant police commissioners. The incident happened during protests related to the alleged rape and murder of a woman doctor whose body was discovered on August 9 with severe injuries.
