Newsom closes ceremonial roll call at DNC, kick-starts his advocacy for Harris

Gov. Gavin Newsom announced California's 482 electoral votes in support of Kamala Harris to conclude the ceremonial roll call Tuesday night at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.
