PNB Housing shares surge 10% after General Atlantic likely offloads 5% stake

Shares of PNB Housing Finance jumped 10% to Rs 893.60 on the BSE after General Atlantic reportedly sold a 5.4% stake via a pre-market block deal. According to IIFL Securities, General Atlantic intended to sell 1.33 crore shares at Rs 775 each to raise Rs 1,033 crore.
