Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index opens 1.13 pct lower

HONG KONG, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell 197.22 points, or 1.13 percent to open at 17,313.86 points on Wednesday.
