U-Haul driver, passenger flee barefoot after fatal NYC hit-and-run: cops

The hit-run horror unfolded about 12:30 a.m. as the driver of the rental truck headed west on the Horace Harding Expressway and mounted a curb around Kissena Boulevard, NYPD officials said.
