Sexual harassment complaints at companies see sharp rise

An analysis of sexual harassment complaints in some of India's largest companies showed a 40.4% increase in FY24 compared to FY23. The rise in complaints, especially in banking and technology sectors, is attributed to higher awareness and improved reporting cultures. ICICI Bank, TCS, and Infosys recorded significant increases, reflecting greater transparency and employee empowerment.
